Although true, it’s not enough to say that we find whatever we’re looking for. It’s far more productive than that. Our attention is like a greenhouse, creating the perfect growth climate for whatever we focus on.
If it’s drama, limitation, and struggle, we not only see these everywhere but also cultivate their bitter fruits. Fortunately, the same law applies to things like beauty and opportunity—we have the natural ability to create lush environments even in the harshest conditions.
We grow whatever we shine our attention on.
